Fair Use Policy

Our Fair Use Policy is for a single calendar month, with no roll-over of services. It covers local, national, and cellular calling to New Zealand and Australia.

For services that are subject to our Fair Use Policy, we may apply our Fair Use Policy where in our reasonable opinion your usage of our Services is excessive and/or unreasonable as detailed in this document.

We have developed our Fair Use Policy by referencing average customer profiles and estimating customer usage of our Services.

If your usage of our Services materially exceeds estimated use patterns over any month, or is inconsistent with normal usage patterns, then your usage will be excessive and/or unreasonable. This is defined as 250 minutes of national and 100 minutes of mobile calling per user per month. Usage above this is charged at Standard rates.

Actions taken in violation of our fair use policy are at the discretion of Telesmart.
